Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

Pre-orders will ship according to the estimated timeline provided at checkout.

Shipping times and costs are determined by the carrier selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items showing heavy wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Items must also be in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are non-returnable:

Downloadable software or digital products

Certain health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered based on product availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Exchanges are available if your item is defective, damaged, or if you require a different size (pending stock).

To request an exchange, contact us at contact@nvrrest.com before mailing your item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
