
This program is designed for intermediate to advanced lifters who are only looking to spend level up their strength and mass over 6 weeks. Push-Pull-Legs programs are designed to add more volume to your program and allow you to productively hit body parts multiple times a week. This program should not be pursued by a beginner lifter due to the high volume.
